Directions:

Preheat your oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

In a bowl, combine the crab meat, shrimp, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, green onions, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Cut a pocket in each salmon fillet by slicing horizontally through the thickest part of the fillet, being careful not to cut all the way through.

Stuff each salmon fillet with the crab and shrimp mixture, pressing the filling firmly into the pocket.

Heat the olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Add the stuffed salmon fillets, skin-side down, and sear for 3-4 minutes, or until golden brown.

Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and the filling is hot and bubbly.

Serve the stuffed salmon fillets with lemon wedges on the side.
